I’ve been growing stuff in the garden. Tomatoes and potatoes mainly. And chillies. And hops.

And a lawn I never mow.

I saw a potato peeking out of the soil the other day and decided to ram my hand into the potato growing bag and see what I could see.

I saw potatoes. Marfona potatoes.

This makes one serving. You can pretty much exchange the greens and baby corns for whatever else you fancy that is edible.

  • 2 onions, finely diced
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons chilli powder

In the beginning there was DAS. This taught me that bikes go fast. And that they have brakes. And steering. And not to do both at the same time.

Then there was some riding/driving assessment everyone at my workplace was required to do to retain access to parking. This taught…
